The detached holiday home, built in 1981 and renovated in 2017, is furnished in a rustic and functional manner. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location.
Location
Gross Kordshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The location is in the middle of the migratory bird resting area (cranes and geese) and offers this special natural spectacle in autumn and spring. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday home is at ground level and leads directly from the terrace into the living room.
Ground floor: Living room with seating area, TV, radio, dining area (4 places) and access to the terrace (9 sqm, covered, 1 table, 6 chairs, 1 sun lounger, parasol). Kitchen (walk-through room) with electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, high chair, parking place, electricity, gas, water, Welcome drink, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 30 € per object per stay. On request: Laundry package (hand towels, bed linen - please order at booking) 5 € per person per first time use and changing.
Deposit: EUR 50,-/object.
