Description
The holiday home, renovated in 2005 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Pieve di Ledro, 650 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

central heating (gas). Heating with gas has to pay according to consumption Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (4 flames), oven, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Anteroom. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and window.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 90 € per object per stay. dish towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: children bed (without bed linen) 20 € per bed per week. Bed linen (please order at booking) 10 € per person per first time use and changing. "Normal" grill desirable. Barbecue too big, but would make a good fire place when wood would be available

The equipment is appropriate, with a large fridge. Only the TV could be larger in a designed for 8 people lounge.

What we did not like was the nearby Uferstraße (20 m below the house), which unfortunately often caused a lot of street noise.

The house is as described located directly on the lake and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Also from there you can directly start his hiking tours.

Position on a slope, small children can not play at home without supervision. Shopping in place aussreichend. Price-performance is not ok, because we for
the heater 4,00 Eur. Had to pay / hour on-site at the end. Explained ears Exactly
let. The best security tip over when leaving the house. Bed
are simple chairs with a Madratze on saggy. Old furniture,
but functional. House for 7 persons (we were 5 adults u. 2 Children) aussreichend place. Lake Ledro is always worth. House when
there is no large claims (Aussattung), can recommend.

for "actual barbecue" is not suitable. The house was very clean and the outdoor area invites you to relax.
