Lignano, district Pine forest. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot. In the complex there are Holiday Flats RI UDI 066 and 067 (each for 4 persons), FRI UDI 065 and 068 (each for 5 persons), FRI UDI 069 (6 persons) and FRI UDI 070 (7 persons). The resort is located on the edge of the park 'Parco Hemingway', which is the most beautiful park of Lignano. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. The parking lot is partially covered. 1 parking space - sometimes covered - (only suitable for small cars, it is not suitable for SUVs or minibuses)

Pool
Outdoor pool (10 m x 20 m, depth 1.60 m, for common use). Children's pool (3 m x 6 m, depth 0.45 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of September. Depth of the pool adults: from 1.40 m - 1.60 m. The pool area is fenced and open daily from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 20:00.

1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV, safe and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with gas stove, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and Sun terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.

Sanitary facilities (toilet seat, shower, taps) outdated, verkalt and rusted. All Silokonfugen would have to be renewed. Before we used the bathroom the first time, we are once thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen is appropriate, however, the cutlery should be replaced (too old, out of focus). For five persons are too few cupboards, cabinets o. ä. available. Otherwise, no problems with the air conditioning and the pool. Not always comply with the pool-rule (use of pool to 20 clock -> times are exceeded, chairs were reserved with towels without people. No control of this provision. Linen change worked out well. We have rented for this price even better furnished houses in Italy. Have a Complaint on the first day, objected because of defective coffee maker and lighting at the Agency. New coffee machine was handed over immediately. Replaced lamp by craftsmen.
