Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Sabbiadoro holiday complex in the village of Sabbiadoro, a very popular holiday destination for many families. The holiday village is just 250 metres from the sea and has its own sandy beach, making it ideal for families. The wonderful, spacious swimming pool complex has a large children's pool with water slides and a swimming pool for swimmers, as well as a heated, covered pool where your children can let off steam. The holiday village has a mini club/entertainment for children and a young club, as well as an entertainment programme for adults, a great playground, a wide range of sports facilities, a self-service restaurant, a supermarket and a tobacconist and newsagent. Coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are also available to holiday guests. The lively town centre of Sabbiadoro is just a few minutes' walk away with its many restaurants, boutiques, luna parks and much more..
The accommodation for max. 6 persons (of which 2 persons up to max. 12 years) consists of a master bedroom with double bed, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed (bunk bed suitable for children up to approx. 12 years; 177x60). In the living area there is a sofa bed which can accommodate a child (132x87). The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery, pans, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. TV and safe available. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin. There is a separate WC with washbasin. The seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Bed linen (with weekly change) and air conditioning are included. WIFI is free of charge. Highchairs and travel cots are also available free of charge (please reserve when booking). Barbecue allowed. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 4h. Half or full board can be booked on site on request. Car park included. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrival and departure is possible daily. In the period from 28.06.-31.08.2024 the minimum stay is 6 nights. In the period from 08.05.-27.06.2024 / 01.09.-14.09.2024 the minimum stay is 5 nights. During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy beach within walking distance is only for the use of holiday complex guests. It is partly equipped with sunbeds and parasols, but you can also bring your own chairs. The wide, gently sloping, golden-coloured sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. Water sports are available to guests: Windsurfing, Kate surfing, and canoeing. Various entertainment programmes are also held on the beach. The ideal place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy one of the many sports activities. A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the Bar Sabbiadoro, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting and refreshingly delicious menu. On the beach, footpaths guarantee access with pushchairs, while lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Our holiday guests have five different pools at their disposal as well as a large sunbathing area with loungers and parasols (free of charge). For the little ones there are two large, beautiful paddling pools with water games and a water slide, one of which is covered and heated. For the grown-ups there is a semi-Olympic swimming pool. The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for our adult guests.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
A group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Whether it's football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo or aquagym, you'll never be bored. For children from 3 to 10 years there is a Miniclub, for the older ones up to 14 years a Young Club, so age-appropriate supervision by our animators is guaranteed. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. Exciting, unique entertainment awaits you every evening.
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: windsurfing, kite surfing or table tennis. You will also find a tennis court, horse riding and mini golf within one kilometre (for a fee). In addition, our entertainment team will motivate you to take part in water gymnastics and water polo. Pedal boats and canoes can be hired on the beach. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you want to spoil yourself, our self-service restaurant offers delicious menus. If you prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
Pets are allowed in designated accommodation with notification at the time of booking.
SPECIAL
Dogs are NOT allowed on the holiday resort beach. There is a dog beach 300 metres away. The holiday complex is divided into a north and a south part. The south part is only open during the high season.

LOCATION
The holiday complex is located within walking distance and is therefore ideal for families with small children (the beach is also easily accessible with pushchairs). The town centre is just a few minutes away.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
This part of Lignano Sabbiadoro is more in the town centre. Everything you need is within walking distance. Here you will find restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in the town and discos for every taste. You are sure to find great clothes and little things in the 5 km long shopping street. The two amusement parks Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family, are just a few minutes away. Nevertheless, the nature around Sabbiadoro should not be forgotten! Sabbiadoro is famous not least for its 8 km long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the blue flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful footpaths and cycle paths also ensure relaxation and recreation. If you like harbours, you've come to the right place! There are several harbours here with a total of 4000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to make a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where water at a temperature of 52 degrees gushes out from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here! Numerous churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or on a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants and water will delight you with their absolute and unspoilt beauty!
