Description
The accommodation is located in the well-kept and modern Villaggio Tamerici in Lignano-Sabbiadoro. There are various restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and offers entertainment for young and old as well as playgrounds and various water sports facilities. A large promenade for evening strolls can be found in the centre of Lignano-Sabbiadoro. The residence has a children's pool as well as an adult pool where the whole family can enjoy themselves. The accommodation is all equipped with air conditioning and heating, allowing you to enjoy a family holiday at any time of year. Free Wi-Fi is available in the pool area.
The modern, 70 square metre, 3-room flat Trilo C6 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (extra beds for a baby are available on request). The accommodation is located in a terraced holiday home and is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area on the ground floor offers two more sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. The accommodation is equipped with one bathroom on each floor, both of which have a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The bathroom on the ground floor is also equipped with a washing machine so that you can do your laundry in the comfort of your accommodation. Both the balcony on the first floor and the furnished terrace with fenced garden invite you to relax and linger together, while the children can let off steam in the pool. The terrace also has its own fireplace, so nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening with the family. You can hire a barbecue grill on site or bring your own. SAT-TV, safe, air conditioning, heating and a first set of bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. A covered car park is also included. Of course, a baby cot can also be rented if required (please reserve when booking). A high chair can be hired on request when booking, for a deposit of 20 euros per high chair. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, a deckchair and a parasol on the beach. Travelling time from Ital. Border approx. 4h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 18.05.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Sunday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The gently sloping sandy beach bordering the Mediterranean forest is ideal for families with small children and can be easily reached on foot. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, deckchair and parasol on the beach. The wide, gently sloping, golden-coloured sandy beach offers fun, exercise and relaxation for young and old. Guests can enjoy various water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing and canoeing. Various entertainment programmes are also held on the beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to spend a day with the family. A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the Sabbiadoro bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting and refreshingly tasty menu.
POOL
The residence has a small adults' pool with an adjoining children's pool, where the whole family can splash around and relax. Free parasols and sunbeds are available around the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is within easy walking distance, making it ideal for families with small children. Enjoy a walk together with your family along the promenade of Lignano-Sabbiadoro and be enchanted by the various street artists and impressions. If you need a travel cot for your child, you can hire one on site. A high chair is available free of charge on request when booking.
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: windsurfing, kite surfing or a canoe trip? Of course, bicycles can also be hired to explore Lignano comfortably on two wheels. There is also a tennis court, horse riding and mini golf in the immediate vicinity (for a fee).
SHOPPING
The centre and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk from the residence. This means you can not only stock up on groceries and everyday items, but also have various opportunities for a stroll.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you prefer to eat in a restaurant, the town centre of Lignano-Sabbiadoro offers plenty of choice.

LOCATION
The holiday complex is located within walking distance of the sea and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The centre of Lignano-Sabbiadoro is just a few minutes' walk away. The holiday complex is also very well located for excursions to Bibione, Caorle or Venice.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
This part of Lignano Sabbiadoro is more in the town centre. Everything you need is within walking distance. Here you will find restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in the town as well as discos for every taste. You are sure to find great clothes and little things in the 5 km long shopping street. The two amusement parks Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family, are just a few minutes away. Nevertheless, the nature around Sabbiadoro should not be forgotten! Sabbiadoro is famous not least for its 8 km long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the blue flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful footpaths and cycle paths also ensure relaxation and recreation. If you like harbours, you've come to the right place! There are several harbours here with a total of 4000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to make a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where water at a temperature of 52 degrees gushes out from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here! Numerous churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or on a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants and water will delight you with their absolute and unspoilt beauty!
