Description
The accommodation is located in the compact Residence Laura, not far from the beautiful, wide and gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano-Sabbiadoro. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. The fantastic and large garden invites you to barbecue, romp around and enjoy yourself. Your car can be parked right next to the house. Lignano-Sabbiadoro offers a wide range of entertainment and sports facilities.
The 60 square metre Bungalow D8 offers space for a maximum of 8 people (on request, overcrowding with a baby is possible). The accommodation has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a children's room with a bunk bed (the upper bed is ideal for a child up to the age of 12). If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two more sleeping options. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The simply but functionally furnished living area has a fireplace, which is ideal for a relaxing family evening. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC, bidet and shower. The furnished and covered terrace invites you to linger while the children let off steam on the lawn. Fancy a cosy barbecue evening with family and friends? No problem! The terrace has a fireplace for barbecuing (you can bring your own barbecue grill or hire one if required). SAT-TV, air conditioning, safe and a first set of bed linen and towels are already included in the rental price. A car park next to the accommodation is also included. Families with children also have the option of renting a travel cot (please specify when booking). A high chair can be hired on request when booking, for a deposit of 20 euros per high chair. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, a deckchair and a parasol on the beach. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type. Travelling time from the Ital. Border approx. 4h.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 18.05.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano-Sabbiadoro is just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation and can be easily reached via a shady pine path. The wide sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, deckchair and parasol on the beach. On the beach you have the opportunity to play beach volleyball or beach tennis. Or hire a pedalo and enjoy the big, wide sea. Various activities are also organised on the beach. All in all, it's the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or take part in one of the sports activities. You can cool off at the beach bar, where you can enjoy the most delicious drinks as well as a quick, refreshing snack. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. The beach is also equipped with wide walkways to ensure that pushchairs can pass through.
POOL
The residence does not have a pool, but the beautiful sandy beach of Lignano-Sabbiadoro is just a stone's throw away.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is within easy walking distance, making it ideal for families with small children. Enjoy a walk together with your family along the promenade of Lignano-Sabbiadoro and be enchanted by the various street artists and impressions. If you need a travel cot for your child, you can hire one on site. A high chair is available free of charge on request when booking.
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: windsurfing, kite surfing or a canoe trip? Of course, bicycles can also be hired to explore Lignano-Sabbiadoro comfortably on two wheels. There is also a tennis court and horse riding facilities nearby (for a fee).
SHOPPING
The centre and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk from the residence. This means that you can not only stock up on groceries and everyday items, but also have various opportunities to stroll around.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you prefer to eat in a restaurant, the town centre of Lignano-Sabbiadoro offers plenty of choice.

LOCATION
Thanks to its favourable location, you can easily explore Lignano-Sabbiadoro on foot or by bike. The accommodation is not far from the centre of Lignano-Sabbiadoro. The beach can also be easily reached on foot.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
This part of Lignano Sabbiadoro is more in the town centre. Everything you need is within walking distance. Here you will find restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in the town as well as discos for every taste. You are sure to find great clothes and little things in the 5 km long shopping street. The two amusement parks Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family, are just a few minutes away. Nevertheless, the nature around Sabbiadoro should not be forgotten! Sabbiadoro is famous not least for its 8 km long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the blue flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful footpaths and cycle paths also ensure relaxation and recreation. If you like harbours, you've come to the right place! There are several harbours here with a total of 4000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to make a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where water at a temperature of 52 degrees gushes out from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here! Numerous churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or on a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants and water will delight you with their absolute and unspoilt beauty!
