Costa Adeje – in the sunny south of Tenerife, a luxury holiday home was built at about 370 meters above sea level.
The property is about sqm in size. The holiday home has three floors. The owner lives on the upper floors, but is only on the island for a few weeks a year. The apartment that we rent out is located on the lower level and has a separate entrance, making it completely independent from the main house. The unobstructable location, the outdoor ambiance, and the high-quality interior furnishings of the apartments will delight even the most discerning guest. The views of the Atlantic coast and the neighboring island of La Gomera, as well as the towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, will remain in your memory for a long time. In particular, the evening view of the sea of lights from the coastal towns, best enjoyed from the terrace with a glass of wine, will be unforgettable. The well-maintained outdoor areas have been generously designed and landscaped. They contribute to making you feel comfortable from the very first moment and enable you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The high-quality furnishings include, for example, marble floors, tasteful furniture, and other fittings. Colors and fabrics have been harmoniously coordinated.
The living area of 47 sqm is divided into a living room, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with an armchair and a television set with a satellite antenna for receiving almost all German TV channels. The modern kitchen is—like everything in this apartment—high-quality and fully equipped. It features a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hot water device, etc. There are four chairs at the dining table.
In the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Bed linen, hand, bath, and dish towels as well as 2 bathrobes are provided. A washing machine is available.
A staircase leads to the solar-heated pool, which is approximately 4 x 8 m in size. Guests can take a refreshing swim there and use their own terrace for sunbathing, which extends across the entire width in front of the apartment and is furnished with sun loungers and a sunshade. Another way to cool off is the outdoor shower, which is located opposite the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
From about 25 km from the airport, you pass the tourist centers of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos and need by car about 20 minutes to the House. The sandy beaches of Las Americas or the almost 12 km long beach promenade takes you 15 minutes and the small sandy beach of El Puertito is only 10 minutes away. Cancellation terms:
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows: - Until the 90th day before the start of the rental, 20% of the rental price, - From the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the rental, 30% of the rental price, - From the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price, - From the 29th day before the start of the rental onwards, 90% of the rental price. - In case of no-show or termination of the rental, 100% will be charged. The fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

Great flat
We are back from Tenerife. Everything worked out great. We found a great flat. Everything was there that you need to feel comfortable. We don't cook or barbecue. But everything was there that you could have used. Everything was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of linen.
The guest manager handed over the flat to us and we were quite happy about the beautiful surroundings and the great view. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much.
The owners were present and were very nice hosts. We felt very comfortable.

Everything to our satisfaction!
My partner and I were very satisfied with the Brilliant Apartment. The furnishings are very comfortable and you feel at home right away.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need. Only the toaster caused a short circuit during the second use.
The guest manager is very nice and competent.
In short, everything was to our satisfaction, and we would recommend the apartment and Teneriffa2000 in general at any time. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the steep approach to the apartment was more than compensated by a sensational view over the south coast. During our one-week stay, we discovered the lovely town of Callao Salvaje. Next time, we will definitely book at Sueno Azul.

Schöner Urlaub
Everything was fine here, we had no problems. We really enjoyed the vacation and the apartment. The pool also worked perfectly. Our guest advisor even checked in to see if everything was okay. We were very satisfied with the support.
