The landlords were very friendly and accomodating. Although initially the lack of direct Zufahrsmöglichkeit bothered by car, was thus very quiet, yet central (walk in 10 minutes in the center, on the beach ...) and also in terms of temperature very pleasant location at the end of the biggest plus.
