Description
3 apartments are available on premises. All 3 apartments are completely renovated in 2016 in the house originally built 100-200 years ago.
Each apartment can be booked separately. Prices are per person.
Apartment prices are calculated as bellow.
- Apartment 1 on the ground floor is for 4+1 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area with sofa bed that can be extended to single bed and with direct access to huge terrace (50sqm) and garden. There is also an access to vine cellar of approx 25 sqm.
Price for this apartment is price for 4 persons and is valid for up to 4 people. 5th person sleeps in the living room on the sofa bed and pays additional 15 EUR per night.
- Apartment 2 on the first floor is for 4+2 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area with big sofa bed that can be extended to double bed. It has high ceilings (3m+) and beautiful view.
Price for this apartment is price for 3 persons and is valid for up to 4 people. 5th and 6th person sleep in the living room on the sofa bed and they pay additional 15 EUR per person per night.
- Apartment 3 has under-roof sleeping/living area for 2+2 people. On the main floor there is a kitchen/dining room and bathroom.
Price for this apartment is price for 2 persons and is valid for up to 2 people. 3rd and 4th person sleep on the sofa bed and they pay additional 15 EUR per person per night.
2nd and 3rd apartment have no direct access to the garden, which has small garden house, outside patio and garden table. Access to the garden is 30m from the apartments 2 and 3 doors.
Each of the apartments is approx. 70 sqm.
Each apartment has a separate entrance from outside.
All the rooms have its own air-conditioning, with heating possibilities (3 units are in 1st and 2nd apartment, 2 units in 3rd apartment).
All the bathrooms have heating floors for late fall and early spring.
Parking is organized in the public parking area 300m from the house. To unload the luggage, it is possible to come by car 20m to the house.

Location and surroundings of object
House is in the center of the city Mali Losinj, which is the biggest city in Croatia situated on island. It is an old captain's house, completely renovated, just couple of minutes from the main square, 7 minutes from the closest beach.
Island Losinj is famous for its anti-allergy climate, island of health and vitality:
Recently it is home of Museum of Apoksiomen.
Number of restaurants, coffee bars, shops are available on the doorsteps of the house, where you can enjoy Mediterranean city atmosphere, either in the morning or in the evening.
Countless number of bays and beaches is available on short distance, either by foot, bike, car or boat on islands of Losinj and Cres.
Hiking tours are very popular.
Cultural summer season is very popular, with Jazz festival and Osor musical evenings.

We enjoy traveling short and long distances, love Italian, Austrian and French mountains in the winter, Adriatic coast in the summer. Please, come and check Losinj, one of our jewels. Come to enjoy crystal clear sea, sun, islands, beaches, food (particularly fish and baby lamb, but also cheese, local organic vegetables, olive oil, fruits, ...) and vine. Come to Zagreb in the winter for the most beautiful advent event in Europe or in spring/summer/fall to explore history and tradition of this culturally rich part of the Europe.
