Description
The large house with 3 floors offers on the ground floor a large kitchen with dining room, a living room and the laundry and drying room and guest toilet. On the 1st floor are two large bedrooms (double beds) each with a bathroom with shower and toilet. The two bedrooms also have direct access to the large balcony with a jacuzzi and fantastic views of the sea and the harbour. On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms (double beds), each with a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the garden there is a 8x4 m pool with counter current. A Weber gas grill for great barbecues is also included.
6 TVs in the house as well as WLAN are of course also included.

Location and surroundings of object
There is no better location. Nerezine is located on the beautiful island of Losinj, directly on the eastern side of the main road to Mali Losinj. Nerezine is a small village with a beautiful centre and market place. This market place is within walking distance of the house (approx. 300 m). The house itself is located directly next to the harbour by the sea.

Here we are not talking about sea view, here we are located directly on the sea. Access via ferry from Krk to Cres or from Istria directly to Losinj.
