The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2015 and is furnished in a modern and functional manner. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the courtyard and its sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

Baška. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot, bounded by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car).

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to mid-October).

Dogs
not allowed.

Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area and access to the terrace (16 sq m, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, electric hob (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, dish towels, air conditioning, parking place, safe, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, pool, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. Baby cot (please order when booking) on request 8,80 € per bed per day.
