The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2015 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property onto the courtyard and its sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Baška. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot, bounded by a fence, a hedge and a wall. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, Internet access (WLAN), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to mid-October).

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 100 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 100 m. The nearest public transport stop is 700 m away. Pharmacy, bank each 100 m. Doctor at 300 m. Airport in Omišalj 45 km. In summer: Adriatic 200 m in Baška (beach 200 m in Baška with pebbles). Diving in Baška 2 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the living room. Living room with 1 extra bed on a couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area and access to the terrace (16 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, dish towels, air conditioning, parking place, safe, electricity, water, final cleaning, pool, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: Baby cot (please order when booking) 7 € per bed per day.
