The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2015 and is furnished in a modern and practical style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the courtyard and its sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Location
Baška. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot, bounded by a fence, a hedge and a wall. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Special
Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to mid-October).

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 100 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 100 m. The nearest public transport stop is 700 m away. Pharmacy, bank each 100 m. Doctor 300 m away. Airport in Omišalj 45 km. Children's playground 400 m. Harbour 900 m. In summer: Adriatic 200 m in Baška (beach 200 m in Baška with pebbles). Diving in Baška 2 km. The beach is suitable for children and non-swimmers.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the living room. Living room (connecting room) with seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (12 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, dish towels, air conditioning, parking place, safe, electricity, water, final cleaning, pool, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: Baby cot (please order when booking) 7 € per bed per day.
