Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a quiet northerly cove, neighbouring the city of Roses .
This cove has a sand beach with life guard on duty. Other coves are not far away with beautiful natural beaches, crystal-clear water.
Further above the house (500 m) the National Park of Cap de Creus begins, with beautiful hiking paths, many of them easy to walk.
The National Park is also accessible by car, to reach more remote hikes.
"Costa Brava" means "Wild Coast", and that is nowhere more true than in this area.
Fro Canyelles Cove, you can walk along the seashore tot the Almadrava Cove.
You may want to carry some water for the way on hot days, but it takes less than an hour and there is a popular
For shopping, you reach Roses City by car in less than 10 minutes. Alongside the harbour you find many places for meals.

If the tenant is unable to use the apartment temporarily or at all due to reasons attributable to him (illness, professional hindrance, or similar), he remains obligated to pay the full rent unless he notifies this up to 30 days before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the trip, a cancellation fee of 50% is charged, and up to 90 days before the trip, a fee of 25% is charged if no replacement tenants can be found.

Not far from the house, the National Park "Cap de Creus" begins, with many beautiful hiking paths. The Cap itself is a must, on top of it is a good restaurant with a splendid view all around.

Wonderful stay with a dreamlike view
We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home on the Costa Brava! The location and the view are simply dreamy – it couldn't be better. The amenities were great, nothing was missing, and the cleanliness was absolutely fine. Communication with the host was always quick, friendly, and uncomplicated. When the water in the shower didn't drain anymore, a handyman was immediately sent, and the problem was promptly resolved. Everything is great – we would love to come back! ? ☀️

Lovely holidayhome in amazing Roses
We enjoyed our holiday to the max. We loved the holidayhome very much, everything we needed was in it, its very comfortable!!! The view is amazing and the swimming pool is very nice. During covid; Wearing the masks is something we just accept. We thought it would be very quiet, but its actually pretty busy. Roses is like always; a very nice and cozy holiday place.
We recommend staying at this holidayhome!!!

Perfect accommodation
The reservation went absolutely smoothly. Mr Eversberg answered every question asked before booking very quickly and in detail and sent us some information and photos of the flat already after the contract was signed. The keys were handed over by post (in our case we received the key several weeks before the day of arrival) together with sending further important info (contact details of people on site for an emergency or in case you get locked out). In the flat there is a very well designed folder with all important information about the flat and operation of appliances, including a checklist for arrival and departure. There are also several folders with information about the surroundings.
The flat was very clean when we arrived. It is very well equipped. All the appliances mentioned in the property description work perfectly. Nothing is missing. From the electric grill to the smoothie maker and espresso machine, everything is available. There is even a hand mixer, so it was no problem for me to bake a special bread. What I also found very practical was the abundance of crockery and cutlery, so you could fill up the dishwasher before running it. In addition, there is enough space to store the groceries. Everything is also available for a quick cleaning of the flat in between. Everything is very neat and tidy.
The view from the balcony in the basement or the "winter garden" upstairs is very nice. All windows are equipped with fly screens, which can be pulled up if necessary. We really appreciated the outdoor shower on the balcony in the basement during the high temperatures. There are also plenty of sun loungers. In the bedrooms there is enough storage space for your own things and plenty of hooks (also in the bathroom). All very practical and well thought out.
Clean pool, perfect for a quick cool down.

Fantastically beautiful holiday
We spent two wonderful, relaxing weeks in this lovingly and practically furnished, quiet holiday flat. The view of the bay and the sea from the conservatory is unique. Despite the high summer temperatures, it was always pleasantly cool in the bedrooms on the lower floor. The area around Roses invites to many beautiful excursions. The price-performance ratio is top and everything worked quickly and smoothly with the landlord! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again

Madness!
This holiday house is very well and modernly equipped and decorated with taste. Four people find enough space and all the comforts one desires on vacation. "Buena Vista" is really an appropriate name! Even if the weather is not inviting for excursions or beach life on occasion, it is always a highlight to enjoy the view of the entire bay and far out onto the Mediterranean from the conservatory.
