Our Tyrolean holiday flat is about 65m² in size (living area) and offers space for 2 to 5 people.
The two bedrooms - one with satellite TV - are quietly located and can be occupied by 2 or 3 people.
The cosy eat-in kitchen with dining area offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday (satellite TV, radio, microwave, dishwasher ...) and has a balcony with wonderful evening sun.
A spacious bathroom (shower and bathtub) invites you to relax after a day of skiing or hiking.
In our holiday flat we can also offer you free Wi-Fi internet access and a ski boot dryer.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment of Andreas is located on the outskirts of mute in a quiet and sunny location. It is the starting point for many hikes, the cross-country ski run is located right outside the front door and the opposite ski area hochfügen-Hochzillertal is easily accessible (free skibus). In the middle of the Zillertal, our idyllic place is silent. It is the ideal starting point for activities of any kind.

Everything is just right here....
The really lovingly and tastefully furnished holiday flat with balcony was a temporary home for us for a week.
After a warm welcome, we were directly shown the flat. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the flat. The mattresses were also great, and a second towel change (just like that) was also included.
In winter, the covered parking space for the car is very advantageous.
The flat is equipped with all important utensils. The location is very nice and above all quiet.
In Stumm itself there are some good restaurants as well as shopping facilities for daily needs.
For winter holidaymakers, there are numerous parking facilities around the valley station and even a multi-storey car park (free of charge). The ski buses also run at peak times
For us as a family (2 adults and 3 teenagers), the accommodation was very good.
The really uncomplicated hosts were very cordial and always available if needed
Conclusion
Should our journey take us to the Zillertal, we would gladly book this flat again.

A great family vacation
The beautiful and spacious holiday apartment provided a cozy home for our family hiking vacation. We felt very comfortable: nothing was missing and everything was super clean. The hosts - family was very nice and always helpful without being intrusive. Small mishaps of our son were treated understandingly and we were helped uncomplicatedly. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Cozy modern holiday apartment
Beautifully furnished holiday apartment with good equipment in a very quiet location with a great south-west balcony and covered parking space. The kitchen is modern with a nice dining area and plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space / closets.
