The standig individually holiday home, built in 2011 and renovated in 2011 is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: grill possibility.

Rovinj. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The neighboring property is left in its natural state with goats, chickens, cats and horses that make their home there The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking lot on the property.

A quiet, calm neighborhood is excellent for relaxation. The accommodation is beautiful. Comfortable, spotlessly clean. Unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes and there was no mosquito net on the window.
A freezer would help a lot in this hot weather.
Overall we were very satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment.

Silence and Nature! There was no cleaning every day and we missed the centrifuge and washing machine. The owners of the apartment were kind and helpful. A guide would have come well. We had a wonderful time in Rovinj !!!!!!
