The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: grill possibility.

Rovinj, district Galafija. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The neighboring property is left in its natural state with goats, chickens, cats and horses that make their home there.
Holiday home IST ROV 397 (4 people) is on the same property. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking lot on the property.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Very quiet area, Rovinj is about 5 km away from the farm with many animals - little children is recommended.

Family business in a rural area, very nice landlords on the farm. Pets are no problem at all, if you don't have one, you can go to the horses, donkeys, goats, geese, chickens... Completely adequate facility in a simple standard for self-sufficiency. Even a bit of WiFi was there. Problems could always be fixed, only the way to the beach is quite far (5km).

This domicile is very remote and therefore perfect if you want to listen to nature, you hear absolutely nothing except the animals that belong to the landlord in the stable, otherwise super quiet. Thanks to Google translator, you can communicate with the landlord, our school English wasn't quite enough, but all in all everything worked out. We were very satisfied. TV unfortunately only Croatian.
