The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 1924, was renovated in 2011, and is furnished in a rustic, typical regional style and in a functional manner. The property is situated on a farm, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the farmyard and its quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.
Location
Rovinj, district of Galafija. The holiday apartment is located on a farm, on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The neighbouring plot is left in its natural state with goats, chickens, cats and horses that make it their home.
Holiday house IST ROV 397 (4 people) is located on the same property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 100 m). Parking on the property.

Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The accommodation was attractive and very clean! The furniture was functional and with southern "flair" (non-closing door in the bedroom....)
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean flat in a quiet, rural location. Kitchen was very well equipped. Sufficient towels and dishcloths already available on site. The mosquitoes were a little annoying outdoors. - All in all, it was a very nice experience.
