The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2007, renovated in 2007 and is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Owner IST PUL 500 (3 people), IST PUL 501 (2 persons), IST PUL 502 (4 people), IST PUL 503 (3 persons) and IST PUL 504 (6 persons) located in the same house. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m). Length of access 30 m.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 5 m x 10 m, depth 1,2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of September.

Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom (12 sqm) with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas stove (2 flames), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
