The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2007, renovated in 2007 and is modern, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. Basketball on the plot and vegetable garden are available.

Pula, 15 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartments are located in the same house IST PUL 500 (3 persons), IST PUL 501 (2 persons), IST PUL 502 (4 persons), IST PUL 503 (3 persons) and IST PUL 504 (5 persons). The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m). Length of access 30 m.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom (18 sqm) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC.

The apartment was very clean, bed linen and all kitchen utensils were provided. Above all, the landlord was very friendly and provided us with travel tips. Swimming in the pool was great and barbecuing in the lounge was always fun. I recommend that you take the landlord's homemade olive oil with you as a souvenir and try the cucumbers that are grown. Thanks to the landlord
