The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is modern and functional in design. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Common room.

Manjadvorci. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bounded by a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house.

Living/bedroom (walk-through room) with seating area, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
