The holiday apartment is located in a townhouse or a detached house, built in 1989, renovated in 2014 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods.

Poreč. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment IST POR 250 (2 people) is located in the same building. View from balcony to the sea. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.

Location and view were great, nice large loggia, unfortunately without Liegestühle.
Communication with landlord difficult, since he speaks neither German nor English.
