Pazin, district of Beram. The villa is situated on a 260 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Terraced house. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access via a side road (asphalted). Public parking in front of the house.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, can be heated, 2.70 m x 7 m, 1.40 m deep).
