The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Washing machine on request.

Potpićan. The holiday apartement is located on a 900 sqm, open, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house.

central heating (wood / coal). Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 7 m, depth 1,00 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of June to the beginning of October.

Living/bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV and dining area (6 seats). Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (induction cooker, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.

Nice time, any time.
Monika and her mother were very loving host.
Centrally located, to the sea about 12 km.
All destinations very easy to reach (Pula, Porec and waterpark).

The family was very helpful and took care of everything that was needed. She has also provided many tips for events and activities. And as equipment was still a pool, which we could use as a family. It really felt like home because we were warmly welcomed and welcomed.
