Welcome to Gutshaus Neuendorf on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom! It is nice that you would like to come to us! We do not offer the usual holiday flats and deliberately do not want to do so. Our holiday resort for you is cosy, has style and is beautiful for all guests, while being consistently ecologically climate-neutral and sustainable.
Our manor houses, built between 1820 and 1850, breathe history and were opened as holiday domiciles in 2005 and 2015, respectively, after each had been extensively and ecologically renovated. They stand for peace and time - whether you come alone, as a couple, as a family or as a group. Individual hospitality cannot be measured or categorised. The Neuendorf estate is located in Neuendorf on the Gnitz peninsula on the island of Usedom and was founded by the von Lepel family.
The peninsula lies in the Achterwasser and is characterised by a particularly varied natural environment. Meadows, cliffs and natural beaches can be admired here.
Exploring the surrounding area by bicycle is particularly popular.

Due to the consistent use of ecological building materials, a stay in our house is particularly recommendable for allergy sufferers. In 2015, we became an ehc-approved establishment - and achieved the best result of all ehc hotels straight away. The development of a car- and CO2-neutral estate is our long-term goal.

It was a great stay with great service and top amenities. You had everything you need and could enjoy the island with all its facets.

Very beautiful holiday apartments
Both the facility and the beautiful location are simply wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I was able to get help immediately when there were problems. I would love to come back.
