Novigrad. The studio is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments IST NOV 123, IST NOV 126, IST NOV 150, IST NOV 151, and IST NOV 152 (each for 4 people), IST NOV 124 (each for 5 people), and IST NOV 125 (6 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side street. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There are parking spaces for 12 cars available.

The apartment for 2 people was a converted broom closet.
Much too small and without privacy on the terrace.
The price is way too expensive. From the original 440 euros it then cost 660 euros for 7 days. Vacation canceled after one night. Owners were nice, it was clean. But the accommodation for 2 people was a joke. The other apartments for 4 and 6 people were large with a balcony.
