The domicile is popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Nedešćina, district of Jurazini. The villa is located on a 3,500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
