The standig individually villa, built in 1923 and renovated in 2012 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing.
