The detached villa, built in 1923 and renovated in 2012, is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing.

Krnica, district of Hreljići. The villa is situated on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 4 m x 8 m 1.4 m deep).

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
