The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. Krnica. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Shared use of pool, garden, terrace, barbecue and children's playground. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Shopping opportunity 300 m, restaurant 150 m, town center 500 m. doctor, pharmacy each 10 km in Marčana. Pula: airport 20 km and railway station 25 km. Main road 1000 m.In summer: Adria 2,7 km in Krnica (beach 3 km in Krnica with gravel, stones, rocks and bathing plateaus).
