The holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a modern, rustic and typical regional style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny and secluded location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard.

Mali Vareški. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. 2 air conditioners, 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. Smart TV.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, diameter 4.6 m, 1.2 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds and klima u hodniku na katu. Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV, access to the balcony and klima u hodniku na katu.
