The holiday home, renovated in 2018 is a townhouse and rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Steinhaus The house is located in small Istrian village. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (10 sqm). Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the balcony (16 sqm). Separate toilet with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
