Mali Vareški. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 crib, TV, access to the balcony and climate u hodniku na katu. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds and climate u hodniku na katu.
