The holiday home, renovated in 2018, is a terraced house and is furnished in a rustic, typical regional style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Mali Vareški. The holiday house is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed property with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Stone house. The house is located in a small Istrian village. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony (10 sqm). Bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and access to the balcony (16 sqm). Separate WC with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
