The holiday home, built in 1954 and renovated in 2015 is modern and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Schulenberg im Oberharz, 480 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 360 sqm, open garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking lot in the carport.

Special
central heating. Facilities: children's toys, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 20.00/pet per stay.
