Lignano, district Pine forest. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot. In the complex there are Holiday Flats RI UDI 066 and 067 (each for 4 persons), FRI UDI 065 and 068 (each for 5 persons), FRI UDI 069 (6 persons) and FRI UDI 070 (7 persons). The resort is located on the edge of the park 'Parco Hemingway', which is the most beautiful park of Lignano. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. The parking lot is partially covered. 1 parking space - sometimes covered - (only suitable for small cars, it is not suitable for SUVs or minibuses)

Pool
Outdoor pool (10 m x 20 m, depth 1.60 m, for common use). Children's pool (3 m x 6 m, depth 0.45 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of September. Depth of the pool adults: from 1.40 m - 1.60 m. The pool area is fenced and open daily from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 20:00.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the mezzanine floor. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 crib. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV, safe and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with dining area, gas stove, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and hairdryer.

Included in the price: air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 12 years), pool (12.05.24-12.09.24), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): overcrowding (without bed) on request 50 € per person per week. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 6 nights) obligatory 138 € per booking per stay.

Location beautiful house near the park. Miejscowość very nice, friendly pubs, amusement park and water park playground - kids love it. Sandy, wide, beautiful.

We spent a good week. The equipment is appropriate and comfortable accommodation. The purity is due to only the second day ants on the kitchen is not 100%.

Apartment clean, stairwell, basement and entrance messy. In the backyard water ran out of the air conditioning in an uncontrolled manner and without drainage on the floor.

Unfortunately, I didn't find the apartment particularly clean.
Remains of other people were still stuck to the dishes, the toilet was not particularly clean, especially the toilet brush.
Other corners have probably not seen a rag for a long time.
What I can't understand at all is what you should pay 46.00 euros for cleaning??
Otherwise it's quite a nice place the staff very nice.

Everything was great. But when I exit 4 IFON forget in my apartment. In 2 hours, the office had called and sent an e-mail. Unfortunately, the cleaners have the phone "not found" even though I am 100% sure that I have forgotten it in bed. The whole holiday and the best impressions were spoiled. Honesty of the staff is an important part of the company's image. Unfortunately, this point is worth a negative assessment.

It was great for the arrival of visitors from Slovakia. Then the silence was a little disturbed but it was worth it. I would recommend the resort for those who like peace and quiet. To relax in the green surroundings. Very close to the aqua park (large) is also a plus and another plus very patriotic majority of Swedes, Norwegians and Germans, Poles met only sporadically and elderly or families with children.
