Description

The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Pridraga. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 800 m, restaurant 50 m, town centre 800 m. Children's playground 700 m, Zadar 35 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 200 m in Pridraga (beach 200 m in Pridraga with pebbles and sunbathing platforms). Horse riding in Benkovac 20 km.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate WC with washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

Terms of lease and prices:

I can recommend it to all those who are on holiday with bigger companies. Spacious, equipped kitchen, living room and terrace. I really liked that each room had a bathroom and a small balcony. The owners were very nice. The sea view, and the sea is approx. It was 5 to 10 minutes, it was ours! Shop was a bit farther away, but it's also 5-10 minutes by car.
