The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is practically furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and courtyard. Terraces of 12 and 25 sqm for shared use, built-in brick barbecue.
Location
Pridraga. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house temporarily but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments DAL ZAD 401 (8 persons) and DAL ZAD 400 (9 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. (2 spaces in the garage).

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and (shared with living/bedroom). Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Quiet location, not much tourism. The house itself older. There are 4 apartments in it. Very nice German-speaking landlord. Quiet pebble beach. Optimal with small children.

Super helpful and friendly owner, very nice location. If you are looking for a quiet corner and peace during your vacation, I definitely recommend this place.

The view of the sea bay. Landlord very, very friendly. A few minutes walk to the sea.

So all in all our vacation was very nice. We really enjoyed the water and the sun. Unfortunately there was nothing to go out except pizzaria, you would have to go to Zadar, it's about 20 km away. The owners were very friendly, only the apartment needs more thorough cleaning. The opposite is very quiet. If you want to switch off completely, this is exactly the right place for it.
