Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2000, was renovated in 2015, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the locality. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

Seline. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden property with lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 1000 m, town centre 1000 m. Doctor in Seline 1000 m. Pharmacy in Starigrad 2 km. Zadar: airport 40 km and railway station, cinema, bank each 45 km. Children's playground 1000 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 80 m in Seline (beach 80 m in Seline with pebbles and bathing platforms).

Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and air conditioning. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Included in the price: internet access, registration fee, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, barbecue, Bed linen (weekly change), Baby cot (please order when booking), Wi‑Fi (WLAN), hand towels (change every 3 days).

Full equipment. Nothing was missing in the apartment for us to have a perfect relaxation. Absolute independence. Friendly reception: champagne, chocolate for children, coffee for adults. The price-value ratio is very good. We recommend it to families. We enjoyed it with 7 people: 4 adults and 3 children.
