The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water. In the same house there are holiday apartments DAL PAR 104 (5 persons) and DAL PAR 108 (13 persons). The access goes directly from the main road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (50 l, icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. Hallway (8 sqm) with Climate uređaj je u hodniku. Bathroom (6 sqm, not heatable) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
