Description
The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2020, is functionally and typically furnished in the local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue area, terrace, garden furniture, swing seat, and campfire site.

Starigrad-Paklenica, district Seline. The holiday house is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchen in the living kitchen (6 sqm) with (5 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
