Seline. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a hedge and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the village (distance 10 m).

and leads via an external staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Guests enter the hallway. In the hallway there is an entrance door to the flat. Living room (10 sqm, connecting room) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Bedroom (11 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchen (10 sqm) with dining area (2 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

The hosting of parties and events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
