The standig individually holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2020 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
