Description

The 38 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor (a staircase with railings on both sides leads to the upper floor) is suitable for up to 2 people.
The flat is divided into a large cosy living-dining room with large TV, a bedroom with double bed (1.80 wide), a bathroom with shower and WC. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic hob, an extractor bonnet, an oven with microwave and a dishwasher
The 1000sqm property with terrace is at our guests' disposal. It invites you to relax and barbecue.
* Parking spaces are available on the property and in front of the house
* bicycles can be stored in the gazebo
* on request, bed linen and towels can be rented at a price of 17,00 Euro per person - otherwise please bring your own bed linen and towels!

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home Mimi is located in the middle of the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are a few minutes' walk from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more
Our holiday apartments are available for rent all year round.

During the holiday season and in weeks with public holidays, the flats are rented out for stays of at least 7 nights.

Cancellation terms:

You book without risk. The following agreements specified in the rental contract apply: Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: €100 processing fee Cancellation 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price Cancellation 29 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; So far, I have almost always succeeded in renting the apartment to other guests, so that no costs have arisen for the tenant who had to cancel the trip.

Beautiful short vacation

This holiday apartment in House Lenchen / House Mimi leaves nothing to be desired. The equipment is overall very good. In the kitchen, everything needed can be found, along with additional accessories. Dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, . . . everything is available and works perfectly. In the bedroom, there is a large, stable bed that is 180 cm wide, with comfortable mattresses that seem to be new. The sofa is also new and comfortable. The armchairs too. The living area is spacious. The location is ideal and shops, cafes, restaurants are reachable in one minute. The beach in 5 minutes... Thank you to the landlord for the lovely vacation.

Vacation accommodation Mimi

We felt very comfortable at the German North Sea. Otherwise, we always went to Holland. We went on many bike tours and did not use our car because we did everything on foot or by bike. The accommodation is very good and centrally located in the town. We have already recommended it to our friends.

Top apartment

We stayed in the Mimi 3 and liked it very much. From booking and contacting the Willberg family, to the NL key service for keys and spa cards, everything was perfect. The flat (the house and the garden) is perfect for 2 people, modern, clean and lovingly furnished and nothing is missing. It is very centrally located on the Goldstrasse (and the Pirate Bar?), but still quiet. We will go back to Horumersiel next year and hope that with luck we will end up in Mimi3 again. We would give 6 stars if it were possible, we felt very comfortable. B. and B. Glodek

Vacation apartments Mimi 2 and 3 come highly recommended by us.

We stayed at Haus Mimi over Christmas 2021 and rented the two upper apartments, Mimi 2 and 3. Both Haus Mimi and Lenchen were offered through EBAY classifieds. Contact with Frau Willberg was smooth, and the preparation of the rental contract and the tourist tax registration for the NL Reinigungsservice company on-site was very good. Corresponding feedback was provided. During this time, communication with Mrs. Willberg was always friendly and reliable, and we were comprehensively informed and advised (Corona regulations, Corona tests, laundry washing, etc.). Additionally, within a few hours, we were able to rent and move into the apartment opposite. The facilities of the holiday apartments leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location of the house is in the center of Horumersiel. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist information, Corona testing center, and the beach with the harbor are all within walking distance. The village of Schillig is about 3 km away, Hooksiel can be reached via the beach, about 7 km away. We highly recommend these holiday apartments. The pictures of the apartment accurately capture the atmosphere.

Holiday apartment Mimi 3

Hello! We stayed for a few days in the vacation rental Mimi 3, it is a very beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. When we entered the door, we immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen is very large and has everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, and an oven. The kitchen equipment was great, nothing was missing. The beds were very comfortable. Everything went smoothly from booking to key handover. Many thanks to our landlady Mrs. Willberg. We will definitely come back!

loving apartment for feeling good

We were in Horumersiel for the first time. It was a great week and we will come back. The lovingly furnished holiday apartment is comfortable. The apartment is centrally located, so you can reach the village in a few steps. We enjoyed spending time in the quiet garden and had coffee and cake every afternoon. We felt very comfortable and the landlords were very nice and friendly, giving us many good excursion tips. Thank you very much for the lovely week we were able to spend in your apartment.

simply wonderful

We spent a long weekend in vacation apartment number 3. We sat on the terrace in great sunny weather and enjoyed the peace and the view of the greenery. We really liked the vacation apartment. The bedroom offers plenty of storage space and a large comfortable bed. The apartment is very modern and high quality. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher and an oven. We will definitely use both during a longer stay (planned for Easter next year). We found our short vacation "simply wonderful."
