The 38 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor (a staircase with railings on both sides leads to the upper floor) is suitable for up to 2 people.
The flat is divided into a large cosy living-dining room with large TV, a bedroom with double bed (1.80 wide), a bathroom with shower and WC. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic hob, an extractor bonnet, an oven with microwave and a dishwasher
The 1000sqm property with terrace is at our guests' disposal. It invites you to relax and barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Mimi is located in the middle of the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are a few minutes' walk from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more

Vacation accommodation Mimi
We felt very comfortable at the German North Sea. Otherwise, we always went to Holland. We went on many bike tours and did not use our car because we did everything on foot or by bike. The accommodation is very good and centrally located in the town. We have already recommended it to our friends.

Top apartment
We stayed in the Mimi 3 and liked it very much. From booking and contacting the Willberg family, to the NL key service for keys and spa cards, everything was perfect. The flat (the house and the garden) is perfect for 2 people, modern, clean and lovingly furnished and nothing is missing. It is very centrally located on the Goldstrasse (and the Pirate Bar?), but still quiet. We will go back to Horumersiel next year and hope that with luck we will end up in Mimi3 again. We would give 6 stars if it were possible, we felt very comfortable. B. and B. Glodek

Ferienwohnungen Mimi 2 und 3 können wir sehr empfehlen
Wir waren über Weihnachten 2021 im Haus Mimi und hatten die beiden oben liegenden Wohnungen Mimi 2 und 3 gemietet. Das Haus Mimi und Lenchen wurden durch EBAY Kleinanzeigen angeboten. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Frau Willberg lief problemlos und auch die Ausfertigung des Mietvertrags und die Kurtaxanmeldung für die Firma NL Reinigungsservice vor Ort war sehr gut. Entsprechende Rückmeldung wurden gegeben. In dieser Zeit war die Kommunikation mit Frau Willberg stets freundlich und verbindlich und wir wurden allumfassend informiert und beraten (Corona Bestimmungen, Corona Tests, Wäsche waschen usw.). Kurzfristig, innerhalb weniger Stunden, konnten wir zusätzlich auch die gegenüberliegende Wohnung anmieten und beziehen.
Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnungen läßt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Küche ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet.
Die Lage des Hauses ist im Zentrum von Horumersiel. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Touristeninformation, Corona Testzentrum und der Strand mit Hafen liegen alle in Laufweite.
Die Ortschaft Schillig ist ca. 3 km entfernt, Hooksiel ca. 7 km am Strand entlang erreichbar.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnungen sehr empfehlen. Die Bilder der Wohnung geben die Atmosphäre richtig wieder.

Ferienwohnung Mimi 3
Moin! Wir waren für ein paar Tage in der Ferienwohnung Mimi 3,
es ist eine sehr schöne und liebevolle eingerichtete Wohnung. Als wir zur Tür rein kamen haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Die Küche ist sehr groß und alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden,es gibt eine Spülmaschine,Mikrowelle und ein Backofen.Die Ausstattung der Küche war super es fehlte an nichts.Die Betten waren sehr bequem.Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles super geklappt.Vielen lieben Dank an unsere Vermieterin Frau Willberg.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had a wonderful week at the North Sea in Horumersiel
There were two of us and we felt at home as soon as we entered the flat.
The furnishings are top, the beds comfortable with good mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, oven, microwave and cooker.
We will recommend the flat to others and will definitely come back again.

Horumersiel - immer eine Reise wert!

Very clean holiday flat, central location, everything available and kitchen very well equipped! We have stayed with the Wilberg family for the third time and (previously in Lenchen) have always been very satisfied. liebevolle Wohnung zum wohlfühlen
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Horumersiel. Es war eine tolle Woche und werden wiederkommen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist zum wohlfühlen.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, so dass man in wenigen Schritten im Ort ist. Im ruhigen Garten haben wir uns gerne aufgehalten und jeden Nachmittag Kaffe getrunken und Kuchen gegessen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich und haben uns viele gute Ausflugstips gegeben.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche, die wir in ihrer Wohnung verbringen durften.

einfach wunderbar
Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung Nummer 3 verbracht. Bei tollem sonnigen Wetter haben wir auf der Terrasse gesessen und die Ruhe und den Blick ins Grüne genossen.
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer bietet viele Abstellmöglichkeiten und ein großes bequemes Bett. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen Geschirrspüler und einen Backofen. Beides werden wir sicherlich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt (geplant ist über Ostern im nächsten Jahr) nutzen.
Wir fanden unseren Kurzurlaub "einfach wunderbar".
