Description
The 33 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor is suitable for up to 2 people.
The flat comprises a bedroom with two single beds, a living-cooking-dining area (with TV, dining table, sofa, kitchen), a bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a microwave-grill combination. The more than 1000sqm large property with sunbathing lawns, garden chairs, gazebo and covered terrace is at our guests' disposal. It invites you to play, relax, barbecue (is available) and relax.
* Parking spaces are available on the property and in front of the house
* bicycles can be stored in the covered, lockable garden area
* Bicycles can be rented at one of the nearby bicycle rental shops
* on request, bed linen and towels can be rented at a price of 17,00 Euro per person - otherwise please bring your own bed linen and towels!

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Lenchen is located in the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are about 500 metres from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel-Schillig offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more
Our holiday apartments are available for rent all year round.

Price performance very good
The apartment is well-suited for 2 people. We went for many walks and bike rides. The apartment has a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, a microwave, where we could heat up rolls, and a stove with 2 burners. Dishes and glasses, cutlery, and kitchen accessories were sufficiently available. The price is very fair, and the price-performance ratio is very good.

? it did us good despite the cold season. We had the place almost to ourselves. The flat and the whole house and garden are inviting. We rate the price-performance ratio with 10 points - 5 points are not enough.

lovingly furnished
Holiday flat number 3 in Haus Lenchen is well suited for 2 people. It is very lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday
A washing machine is available in the utility room. A barbecue is also available. The flat was very clean and modernly furnished. The garden is laid out like a small park. It offers a lot of space and the south-facing, wind-protected and still covered terrace offers full relaxation. The garden furniture is clean and well maintained. We ended our evenings here every evening with a glass of wine or a Jever beer. The location of Haus Lenchen is ideal; the small village of Horumersiel with its shopping facilities and many good restaurants is within walking distance. The beach of Horumersiel is also only a few minutes' walk away. It was an optimal accommodation for us and we had a relaxing holiday

We are pleased that you have become aware of our house in Horumersiel. We ourselves have been going to Horumersiel with our three children for several years. There we have always found that even a few days at the North Sea do us good and bring us "down" from the hectic pace of the Ruhr area. We fulfilled our dream of owning our own holiday home in the summer of 2015 with Haus Lenchen and later in 2018 with Ferienhaus Mimi.
