Description
The 33 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor is suitable for up to 2 people.
The flat comprises a bedroom with two single beds, a living-cooking-dining area (with TV, dining table, sofa, kitchen), a bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a microwave-grill combination. The more than 1000sqm large property with sunbathing lawns, garden chairs, gazebo and covered terrace is at our guests' disposal. It invites you to play, relax, barbecue (is available) and relax.
* Parking spaces are available on the property and in front of the house
* bicycles can be stored in the covered, lockable garden area
* Bicycles can be rented at one of the nearby bicycle rental shops
* on request, bed linen and towels can be rented at a price of 17,00 Euro per person - otherwise please bring your own bed linen and towels!

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Lenchen is located in the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are about 500 metres from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel-Schillig offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more

? it did us good despite the cold season. We had the place almost to ourselves. The flat and the whole house and garden are inviting. We rate the price-performance ratio with 10 points - 5 points are not enough.

Holiday flat number 3 in Haus Lenchen is well suited for 2 people. It is very lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday
A washing machine is available in the utility room. A barbecue is also available. The flat was very clean and modernly furnished. The garden is laid out like a small park. It offers a lot of space and the south-facing, wind-protected and still covered terrace offers full relaxation. The garden furniture is clean and well maintained. We ended our evenings here every evening with a glass of wine or a Jever beer. The location of Haus Lenchen is ideal; the small village of Horumersiel with its shopping facilities and many good restaurants is within walking distance. The beach of Horumersiel is also only a few minutes' walk away. It was an optimal accommodation for us and we had a relaxing holiday

Ferienhaus Lenchen
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub an der Nordsee in horumersiel verbracht. Wir waren zum ersten mal dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir werden wieder das Haus Lenchen buchen.

Ein toller Urlaub

Arrived and immediately felt at home
Given the price, we were a little sceptical as to whether the holiday flat was really as described and as the pictures suggested. And I must say: our expectations were even exceeded. The flat is clean and tidy. The beds have good mattresses on which we slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole flat is very comfortably furnished. The location of the house is as described in the description - quiet and yet central. Restaurants, cafes, beach, swimming pool, ice cream parlour, spa house,... everything is within walking distance. We felt completely comfortable right from the moment we arrived. The flat and the place are highly recommended.

Haus Lenchen holiday flat number 3
We have stayed in this beautiful flat several times now. We feel completely at home there. Horumersiel and Haus Lenchen have become our second home. We are always very happy when we go there again.
The landlords take great care of their flats and the flat was in the best condition and cleanliness every time we visited. We are already looking forward to next year when we go to the North Sea again.

Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren ins schöne Wangerland, wo man wunderbare Starndspaziergänge machen kann und gut zur Ruhe kommt. Leider hatten wir bisher nicht das passende Domizile gefunden. Doch nun sind wir endlich fündig geworden. Juchu!
Das Haus Lenchen -wir waren in der Frienwohnung 3- hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns mit den Mietern der Wohnung 1 im Erdgeschoss angefreundet und einen Blick in diese Wohnung werfen dürfen. Wir waren auch von dieser Wohnung BEGEISTERT!
Die Hauseigentümer sind sehr nett und das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und top modern eingerichtet.
Im Garten genießt man die gute Nordseeluft und die Ruhe.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis, die Lage und die gute Ausstattung stehen hier in einem sehr guten Verhältnis.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf.
In dieser schönen modernen Wohnung für 2 Personen haben wir uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte absolut an nichts. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Den riesigen sehr gepflegten Garten haben wir täglich in der Abendsonne bei einer Tasse Tee genossen.
Wir hatten nicht einen Regentag, haben uns sehr gut erholt und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im Juli 2018 in dieser schönen Wohnung in Horumersiel. Wir haben gerade gebucht!!!
Das Haus Lenchen ist dorfnah und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

There we have always found that even a few days at the North Sea do us good and bring us "down" from the hectic pace of the Ruhr area.
