May I present you our charming cottage? - an oasis of rest and relaxation, ~ 150 m from the Lipno or Vltava reservoir
This jewel is in a fantastic location on the edge of Radslav, a beautifully situated settlement on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the lake.
In the house itself you will live on 63 m², which is divided into a spacious entrance area, a large, bright and very inviting lounge, a WC, a bathroom with shower and, upstairs, two sunny attic bedrooms
The terrace adjoining the living area offers you a further 18 m² of space, and the entrance area, in addition to the cloakroom, also offers sufficient storage space for all your luggage
The cosy living area, after we acquired the cottage in 2019, was then completely refurbished and equipped in autumn/spring 2020/21. This room includes a practical kitchen, with a 4 plate gas cooker including oven, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle and all useful utensils, a large table, 2 fabric covered benches and 4 modern, comfortable chairs, a reading corner including a stylish armchair and floor lamp, a cosy, homely and spacious living room suite, coffee table and satellite TV. The stove, placed in the middle of the room, with its stone-clad fireplace is the eye-catcher par excellence and, along with the tram beams, contributes to a very special ambience in this room.
A small, bright and friendly bathroom with shower and outside window, as well as a beautiful WC complete the rooms on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are 2 sunny, light-flooded attic bedrooms, equipped with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, which could also be pushed together to form a double bed if desired, various lighting and chests of drawers.
The windows on the lake side, most of which are fitted with insect screens, offer you a breathtaking view of a large area of the lake and the surrounding natural environment. On the terrace, too, this view seems almost limitless and, moreover, the freedom and light-heartedness can be felt there at first hand.
At the back of the property, there is an open fireplace with seating stakes, which invites you to grill sausages, stick bread, marshmallows, etc.... Under the walnut tree is a platform with a wooden garden set including a parasol and a high-quality kettle grill. Furthermore, a 4-piece mosaic seating group and 2 comfortable and easily transportable loungers are at your disposal. You can place them in a secluded, sunny or shady spot as you wish.
A stand-up paddle board exclusively at your disposal enriches the inventory and shortens the time on the water and increases the fun factor enormously.
And to avoid having to carry the stand up paddle board all the way to the lake, it is stored in a lockable compartment directly on the sandy beach. From there it is only a few steps to the water. Having a so-called "boathouse" at our disposal is an absolute rarity!

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is situated on a cul-de-sac on the far right edge of the hillside settlement of Radslav, a weekend/holiday home settlement belonging to the village of Cerna v Posumavi. It is situated in an elevated position, approx. 150 m from the Lipno Reservoir with a magnificent view of a wide expanse of water.
The beautiful sandy beach is a maximum of about 400 m from the house, can be reached on foot in an even shorter distance and is also absolutely suitable for the youngest ones, as the shore area is shallow.

The nearby shore area, which could not be more natural, is only 150 m away. The beautiful sandy beach, which is almost unique in this region, is about 400 m away. On foot, through the pavements of the settlement, it can be reached in an even shorter distance.
The nearest restaurants are only 100 m away, others are 1 km, 1.5 km and 4 km away in Cerna v Posumavi. Of course, there is also a grocery shop there.
In the summer months, Cerna v Posumavi also offers a fairground, an open-air cinema, a petting zoo, a mini-golf course and a high ropes course. You can also rent bicycles there and anglers can also stock up on various utensils.
Water sports (stand-up paddle board, canoeing, sailing, surfing) are available 3 km away.

The description of the hostess corresponds to the accommodation. Only the walk to the beach seemed a bit further than indicated, and the bathroom and toilet are very small for tall people. Since everything else is great, we managed well with it. The landlady is very friendly and committed. Thank you again!

Very good
We spent a week there on vacation. A beautiful house with a large property and a wonderful view of the lake. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. We felt very comfortable here. A big thank you also goes to the super nice hosts. We can only recommend the house Laura.

Idyllic summer house in a quiet location with lake view and spacious property
Nice house for the summer months. Kitchen fully equipped and enough dishes to make good use of the dishwasher. Dishcloths and dishwashing liquid on site. Super terrace and several seating areas in the garden, incl. barbecue. Wood-burning stove for cool evenings. Only the sanitary rooms could be bigger. Washbasin low and small. Second bedroom open and as a passage room on the 1st floor. Parking space at the house. Walking distance to the sandy beach, with use of a boat shed and SUP board.
The lake offers many possibilities: Swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, boating, wonderful! There are no more shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The nearest coop is in Cerna, where there is also a good restaurant.

Great holiday home in great nature
We stayed in the house as a family with two children. It is a great house with a great garden and a wonderful terrace
We were thrilled by the lush green nature and the view over the lake
There are many beautiful, shady and quiet bathing spots. The lake is natural, not completely clear, but not too touristy either

Great stay, super nice hosts. Very close to the lake with great beach, slowly sloping, wonderfully suitable for a trip with small children, stand-up boatd included. Excellent for cycling, for hiking we went by car after exploring the area. A canoe trip on the Vltava is highly recommended. Culturally, Krumov (Unesco cultural heritage) is the highlight in the area. All around recommendable
The holiday home is well equipped with everything necessary for the stay. The omnipresent view from the lounge is wonderful.

A very nice and clean accommodation with a great view of the Lipno river
It is particularly nice that the view is available from the terrace as well as from the window in the dining room or kitchen.
The furnishings leave nothing to be desired
All necessary kitchen utensils (kettle, coffee machine, pizza oven, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, etc.) are available.
The fireplace provides cosy warmth on cold evenings.
In the garden there is a kettle grill (incl. fireplace) and a fireplace (wood is available).
The beach is about 10 minutes away on foot.
It is really not crowded and you can even do a bit of fishing on the side.
We were even allowed to use the standup paddleboard during our stay.
The landlords are really very nice and take loving care of their guests.
They are also happy to give a few fishing tips ;-)
We can heartily recommend this accommodation and will definitely come again.
