"Happy" can be so simple ;-)
To this end, I would like to warmly recommend our charming little house in a beautiful location to you – an oasis of rest and relaxation, ~150 m from the Lipno or Moldau reservoir.
This gem is in a fantastic location on the edge of Radslav, a beautifully situated settlement on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the lake. In the house itself, you live on 77 m², which are divided into a spacious entrance area, a large, bright and very inviting living room, a WC, a small bathroom with shower, and upstairs into two sunny attic bedrooms, with the first room being a walk-through room. The bedrooms are not space wonders, this should be noted at this point. The terrace adjoining the living area offers you an additional 18 m² of space, and the entrance area with wardrobe also provides ample storage for all your luggage.
The cozy living area was completely newly furnished and equipped in autumn/spring 2020/21 after we acquired the cottage in 2019. This room includes a practical kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove including oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, electric kettle and all useful utensils, a large table, 2 fabric-covered benches and 4 modern, comfortable chairs, a reading corner with stylish armchair and floor lamp, a cozy, homely and spacious living room suite, coffee table and satellite TV. The centrally placed wood-burning stove, with its stone-clad chimney (wood will be provided for the first day; if more is needed, it is the tenant’s responsibility to procure it – this is the general custom in this region), is the absolute eye-catcher and, along with the exposed beams, contributes to a very special atmosphere in this room.
A small, bright, and friendly bathroom with a shower and exterior window, as well as a nice WC, complete the rooms on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find 2 sunny, light-flooded attic bedrooms, equipped with 1 double bed, 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if desired, various lighting and dressers. All the windows on the upper floor are fitted with pleated blinds to protect against excessive heating from sunlight and to ensure blackout. The lake-facing windows, most of which are fitted with insect screens, offer you a breathtaking view of a large area of the lake and the surrounding natural environment. Even on the terrace, this view seems almost limitless, and there, freedom and lightheartedness can be felt up close.
At the rear of the property, there is an open fire pit with seating logs, inviting you to enjoy rustic grilling of sausages, stick bread, marshmallows, etc. . . invites you in, and just a few meters from the front door there is a cozy spot, a platform with a wooden garden set including a sunshade and a high-quality kettle grill. Another addition to the outdoor amenities from spring 2023 is the newly acquired Hollywood swing. Furthermore, a 4-piece mosaic seating group and 2 comfortable and easily portable loungers are at your disposal. You can place these wherever you like, in a cozy, sunny or... shady spots.
A stand up paddle board exclusively at your disposal enriches the inventory, shortens the time at the water, and greatly increases the fun factor.
And so that you don’t have to carry the stand up paddle board to the lake all the time, it is stored in a lockable compartment belonging to us, located directly on the sandy beach. From there, it is only a few steps to the water. Having such a so-called “boathouse” at your disposal is an absolute rarity!

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is situated on a cul-de-sac on the far right edge of the hillside settlement of Radslav, a weekend/holiday home settlement belonging to the village of Cerna v Posumavi. It is situated in an elevated position, approx. 150 m from the Lipno Reservoir with a magnificent view of a wide expanse of water.
The beautiful sandy beach is a maximum of about 400 m from the house, can be reached on foot in an even shorter distance and is also absolutely suitable for the youngest ones, as the shore area is shallow.

The nearby shore area, which could not be more natural, is only 150 m away. The beautiful sandy beach, which is almost unique in this region, is about 400 m away. On foot, through the pavements of the settlement, it can be reached in an even shorter distance.
The nearest restaurants are only 100 m away, others are 1 km, 1.5 km and 4 km away in Cerna v Posumavi. Of course, there is also a grocery shop there.
In the summer months, Cerna v Posumavi also offers a fairground, an open-air cinema, a petting zoo, a mini-golf course and a high ropes course. You can also rent bicycles there and anglers can also stock up on various utensils.
Water sports (stand-up paddle board, canoeing, sailing, surfing) are available 3 km away.

Holiday home with a guarantee for a relaxing vacation
The holiday home is within walking distance to the most beautiful sandy beaches of Lipno.
A lovingly furnished, very clean house, complemented by a well-kept garden, many cozy seating areas, and a warm, attentive, always reachable, and reliable host family.
Ideal location with a beautiful view of the reservoir, guaranteed peace and relaxation. Additionally, a small garage directly at the sandy beach, which saves unnecessary hauling. The free use of the paddle board for children and adults is an experience and highlight.
Within walking distance, there is a restaurant (Elias) with a cozy interior, a super beautiful terrace, and an absolutely recommended menu. The family-friendly inn provides culinary delights and a relaxed end to the day. Due to the good location of the holiday home, trips to Cesky Krumlov (one of the most beautiful Czech towns), to the largest private zoo in Austria, or to surrounding towns like Frymburk with many shopping opportunities are relaxed and provide variety and beautiful experiences for guests of all ages.

Holiday home with beautiful lake view
Very well-kept and lovingly furnished holiday home with a beautiful view of the lake!
We spent a very cozy vacation in the house with our two children.
It was about a 10-minute walk to the lake with a great natural sandy beach - we were even allowed to use a sun umbrella, chairs, and even a SUP board!
We wholeheartedly recommend this house and thank the wonderful host, Laura!

Angel vacation
We were welcomed very nicely, the house and the view are a dream. The way to the water is not too far, we caught a few good fish. We will definitely do this again next year.

Arriving and feeling at home. That's how we felt. Like at home. Very nice, friendly, helpful, and loving hosts. We were on vacation to fish. And we wrote that we needed a small freezer for the fish. And even before our arrival, we received a message that this was organized as well. Great! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. We were shown the area and the beautiful sandy beach. The house is very nice. Clean and very tidy. One has a beautiful view of Lake Lipno from many sides. On the large terrace, one enjoys breakfast or evening with a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Wonderful. Additionally, there is a large and very well-maintained garden. There is a swing for relaxing. Or you can grill or sit together in the evening at the fire pit and make sausages or marshmallows. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has enough dishes and kitchen utensils. I love baking and there was even a hand blender set here. SUPER!!! ? You can park the car directly on the yard. If you go down a bit, you reach the beautiful sandy beach, which is also suitable for children. There is a small booth from the owner where you have everything like sun umbrellas, chairs, picnic blankets, so you don't always have to carry everything. We could also store our inflatable boat there. It's also good for anglers. Those who are looking for peace, relaxation, and nature are exactly right here. We had good weather. Lots of sun. Thank you very much, dear Laura and Siegfried. It was very nice with you, and we felt very comfortable. We laughed a lot and did things together. Of course, we will recommend the house and will also come again as soon as we can. Thank you for everything.

The description of the hostess corresponds to the accommodation. Only the walk to the beach seemed a bit further than indicated, and the bathroom and toilet are very small for tall people. Since everything else is great, we managed well with it. The landlady is very friendly and committed. Thank you again!
