Description
The detached holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2005, is rustically furnished. The property is popular due to its view of the lake and its quiet and sunny hillside location in the woods and by the water. Available for exclusive use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. Please order the cot in advance. High chair available on request. The terrace is 20 sqm in size (15 sqm of which is covered).

Frymburk nad Vltavou, district Vřesná, 708 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm open waterfront property with a meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Arrival and departure take place on Sunday. Arrival is also possible on Saturday by prior arrangement/agreement. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 200 m). Parking in garage.

Ground Floor: Living Room (21 sqm, connecting room) with seating area, TV, fireplace, radio, dining area (5 seats), and access to the terrace (20 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Kitchen (3 sqm) with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.
Upper Floor: Bedroom (8 sqm) with 2 single beds and seating area. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, seating area, and access to the balcony.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,40 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 40 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff. On request: baby cot 15 € per bed per week.

Charming house in a great location, friendly landlord - the equipment is a bit simple but it was absolutely perfect for us, the lake, water and the proximity to Frymburk are great!
