Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2005 is rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location in the forest and at the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. pre-book crib. Highchair on request. The terrace is 20 square meters (of which 15 sqm roofed).
Location
Frymburk nad Vltavou, district Vřesná, 708 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm, open water plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Arrival and departure takes place on Sunday.
Arrival is after earlier consultation / agreement also on Saturdays. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 200 m). Parking lot in the garage.

The entrance in your holiday home is located on the ground floor, is covered and leads directly in the vestibule with wardrobe.
Ground floor: Living room (21 sqm, walk-through room) with sitting area, TV, fireplace, radio, dining area (5 seats) and access to the terrace (20 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Kitchen (3 sqm) with electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom (8 sqm) with 2 single beds and sitting area. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, sitting area and access to the balcony.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: sauna, parking place, sauna, water, bed linen, boat.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,40 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 40 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff. On request: baby cot 15 € per bed per week.

Cosy cottage in beautiful surroundings, a wonderful place for those who want a break from the urban hustle and bustle. Unfortunately the weather did not play with, but you could be nice after a cold day in the sauna to warm up and relax. Well equipped kitchen, satellite TV with many international channels, rowing boat - it has not miss anything. A small trigger there because of fireplace wood, the smoke as fire blazes more. Eventually we got extra firewood for a small price from the local timber merchant. The difference was serious - effortlessly and in no time we had there in the hut at last really warm and cozy.

Very sweet and cozy cottage with a private rowing boat and sauna in an absolutely great location ... only drawback: If it's times cooler outside, the apartment is the fireplace, which is very nice, not really warm, unless you're in front of it sitting ... So definitely warm clothes to take!
