The holiday home was built in 2006 and is located on the edge of a small, quiet holiday home settlement, in an extremely charming, idyllic location close to nature and the lake, outside the beautiful village of Frymburk
You live on 93 m² of living space. The house is timelessly modern, furnished in an absolutely western style and radiates a very special feel-good character and a lot of warmth through loving accents
On the ground floor, on the sea side, there is a large, bright room with a very well-equipped kitchen, in a nice design, as well as the living room, which is furnished with a SAT-TV and a new, comfortable and spacious settee (also has a sleeping function & will then be equipped with a topper)
The kitchen contains a ceramic hob (four plates), an oven, a dishwasher, spacious fridge, kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and, besides all dishes, pots and pans, many useful cooking utensils
In this room there is also an easy-to-operate wood-burning stove, which provides cosy warmth on cooler days
A friendly bathroom, with comfortable shower cabin, a small sauna, a separate WC and a small anteroom complete the rooms on the ground floor
A bright staircase leads to the attic rooms on the upper floor, in which there are two separate bedrooms (2 single beds, which can also be used as a double bed if required, 1x box-spring bed), both rooms again with a view of the lake, another bathroom - with corner bath, a separate WC, and a small, cosy "bunk". The bunk can be used as a play corner or as an additional bedroom for two smaller children or one adult (sofa bed can be pulled out).
in 2018, a 22 m² wooden terrace with railings was added on the lake side, offering you a great view of the lake and bringing you even closer to it. On this area, a garden set (four armchairs, 1x 2-seater bench, table & pendulum umbrella), as well as a mosaic seating group, consisting of two armchairs including cushions and a table, are placed. The remaining space also allows for additional loungers to be placed there, which will also be made available to you
Furthermore, there is a wooden seating set outside, consisting of two benches with cushions, a table and a parasol. At the back of the house there is an open fireplace with a barbecue grill. Rustic tree trunks serve as seating there. And in order to explore the lake from the water, or to expand the range of leisure and fun activities, a rowing boat and a kayak, which is also easy for children to use, belong to the house. The safe and proper handling of the boat is purely your responsibility. Please also note that lighting an open fire on the lakeshore is prohibited.
We, the owners, welcome you personally on arrival and would not want to miss saying goodbye to you personally on departure. The complete cleaning, the care of the outdoor facilities, maintenance work, implementation of improvements, etc. is in our own hands and they are always extremely anxious to guarantee you a consistently high standard of quality
We ask that you leave the premises in a swept clean condition, dispose of rubbish and clean crockery. In the event of extreme soiling, we reserve the right to deduct additional cleaning costs upon return of the deposit
Full bed linen and tea towels will be provided
Please note, however, that hand and shower towels are not provided.
If required, a travel cot and a high chair are also available for your free use (please make this known when booking). Outside the summer season (July, August), both the duration and the day of arrival can be arranged very individually and flexibly. During the high season, please request arrival on Saturdays for a minimum of 14 days
No winter operation!
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The nearby shore area consists of sand or stones in sections and is flat throughout. The connection to the well-developed cycle path can be reached after about one and a half kilometres. A small kiosk, open in the summer season, is about 200 m away, the nearest restaurant 300 m and the other shopping facilities about five kilometres.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the edge of a particularly lovely, small weekend/holiday home settlement and is quietly situated with absolutely no traffic. It is one of the last houses on a cul-de-sac and approx. 70 m from the lakeshore. You live surrounded by beautiful nature. In front of the house you can reach out and touch the lake, and behind the house there is a well-kept forest that invites you to go for walks, build mandalas and collect berries and mushrooms as well as all kinds of decorative items. Here, squirrels eagerly scurry from tree to tree and yes, even deer roam the property. Butterflies, birds and various small animals, such as lizards, are not rare guests.

Lovely house at Lake Lipno
What a gem, in a beautiful spot
Lots of stars at night, only the sound of birds during the day and often you come across a little deer, all of this by a sparkling lake.
The house has a lovely terrace with a beautiful garden
Inside the house, everything is top-notch too!
All in all, highly recommended!
A place where you can truly relax.

great, modern holiday home in a quiet holiday home settlement
Great, modern and very clean holiday home with lake views. Large plot with wooden terrace, fire pit, grill and picnic area. It feels like only 2 minutes to the lake. Very warm welcome from the landlords, who were always available for questions and problems.
The children (13 & 8) were especially excited about the small rowing boat and SUP, which belonged to the house. The multifunctional game table and the cozy warmth of the tiled stove saved us on many rainy days.
We felt very comfortable in the house and yard and can recommend the accommodation without reservation!

Holiday home Milna/Frymburk
Great very clean holiday house right by the lake (about 70m). We felt very comfortable, everything worked great from the first contact to the departure. Really, really nice landlords who always have an open ear for every concern (tips for excursions etc.). The house is really exactly as described in the advertisement, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake and a small fire pit in the garden. The furnishings are modern and we didn't miss anything. If there were any questions, Laura was always reachable and helpful... a special point up. I could continue writing endlessly, but we just say... go there yourself and enjoy the pure tranquility. This house is really recommended.
