Description
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2017, is functionally furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the forests and the quiet location at the edge of the forest and by the water. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, garden furniture, and campfire site.
Location
Hluboká nad Vltavou. The holiday house is located on an open garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is suitable for anglers. Please arrange your own firewood; none is provided. Access is via a field or forest track (unpaved, length 2000 m). Parking on the street in front of the house. The holiday house is located approx. 10 km from the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou; access road: the class 2 road from Hluboká, then turn onto a 2 km long forest track which, after heavy summer rains, is in poor condition, is not maintained and is ideally passable with a 4 x 4 vehicle, please note.

Ground floor: Living room with seating area, TV, fireplace and dining area (5 seats). Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 extra bed and access to the balcony (garden furniture).
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: parking place, water, bed linen, hand towels, sunloungers.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 50 € per object per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,40 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. local tax by local tariff.

Páčilo sa nám všetko, okolie, vybavenie ale hlavne poskytnutý servis. Pán majiteľ (alebo zástupca) bol maximálne ústretový a ochotný pomôcť za každých okolností. Aj vďaka nemu sme sa cítili výborne a užili si krásy Juhočeského kraja.
