Balatonlelle. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, bushes, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

The organisation of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

We were quite satisfied, except for the equipment and cleanliness of the kitchen - a dirty oven, electric kettle was missing for 12 people and a lack of utensils, small spoons. Disorder in the sandbox.

Large house, nice bathrooms, nice big kitchen, very large garden children had fun.
Furniture, beds could be better.
But everything else was great.
