Description
The holiday apartment is functionally furnished. The residence is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use are: sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and swing seat.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. There is another holiday apartment in the house, BAL GYE 088 (4-6 people). Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with gas hob, oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
